Keith Franklin has over 10 years of IT support experience in the corporate hotel, agricultural and educational sectors. He has used this to specialise in providing practical and effective on-site, remote and telephone support to the consultant based in their home office or small business unit.

The aim is to deliver the same level of corporate IT support with a human face and explained in easy to understand terms.
